Welcome!

Hi, I’m Michelle Pabisz. I am the founder of ROOT+RISE, and I am so glad you’re here! I live on the North Shore of Boston with my husband, our three children, ages 17, 14, and 11, and our cat, Pickles. I am a Lactation Counselor currently working toward becoming an IBCLC. I am a Certified Embodied Feminine Power Coach and an experienced mother of three with about 6 years of personal breastfeeding experience. My personal birth experiences were very diverse, including a C-section, a VBAC, and a home birth. I am Reiki II attuned and have training in childbirth education and support.

The Birth of ROOT+RISE

Becoming a mother was a massive portal for me. It cracked me open in a way that nothing else has, and it was the start of a deep spiritual search for me. For the past several years I have had the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mom, and in my spare time, I have done a lot of personal development and spiritual work. I am now thrilled to share all of that work and development with my community and support other women and moms as they step through these big life-changing portals and rites of passage.

What is EFP Coaching?

EFP is a Somatic style of coaching. In an EFP coaching session you can expect to connect with your body and learn to listen to and trust the messages you receive. An EFP coach helps her clients connect with, and learn to trust their innate feminine wisdom and inner knowing. As an EFP coach, I do not have “advice” for you, I do not know the answers to your questions, but what I have is a deep trust and knowing that YOU have them. And I have the map to help you find them within yourself.
