ROOT+RISE wasn't created because I had everything figured out. It was born from my own journey through motherhood, a season that cracked me open in ways I never expected and began my journey of healing, growth, and learning how to trust myself.

Along the way, I discovered something that changed my life: Magic happens when women gather.

I've experienced the incredible transformation that can happen when women have a space to be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone. That belief became the heart of ROOT+RISE.

Today, I bring together my experiences as a mother, lactation counselor, coach, educator, and lifelong learner to create spaces where women can gather, heal, learn, and grow together. 

Whether through women's circles, one-on-one support, workshops, or community events, I truly hope that every woman who walks through these doors leaves feeling a little more connected to herself, to others, and to her own inner wisdom.

One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that I don't need to have all the answers.

I believe each woman already carries a deep well of wisdom within her. My role isn't to tell you who to be or what path to take. It's to create spaces where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with the wisdom that has been there all along.

Because you were never meant to do this alone.
